The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) candidate for the Ika South State Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly, Mrs. Ogor Tony-Obuh, has extended her warmest felicitations to the traditional ruler of Abavo Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Obi Uche Irenuwa, on the occasion of his birthday.
