A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Ika South Local Government Area and an Aspirant for the Ika Federal Constituency House of Representatives seat, Mr Lucky Ehiwuogwu Monye has assured the people and residents of the Constituency of the best representation if elected into office next year. Monye, who is the Group Managing Director, Monaco Ventures gave this assurance during a chat with Ika Mirror in Agbor during the week.
He said that he is offering himself for a service that will be very impactful to his people of Ika Federal Constituency. He noted that Ika people deserves the best representation in the Green Chamber of the National Assembly, hence, his decision to offer himself for such service.
Monye, who has been contributing to community development through his Foundation disclosed that he is truly committed to contributing more to the growth and development of his people if their mandate is given to him. He therefore, appealed to the APC leaders in Ika Federal Constituency to elect him as the party’s House of Representatives flag bearer in next month’s primary election as he has the best chance to clinch landslide victory for the party in the forthcoming 2027 general elections.
Lucky Monye Ehiwuogwu, also known as, Ukpe is a graduate of Banking and Finance from the Institute of Management and Technology Enugu.He also has a Post graduate Diploma and MBA in Management, both from Imo State University, Owerri and M.Sc Degree in Cyber Security from Nasarawa State University, Keffi, Nasarawa State.
Monye is a member of the prestigious Nigerian Institute of Management, Rotarian per excellence and former President of Rotary Club of Abuja Kubwa. He was an Assistant Governor in District 9125.
He is a Security Consultant and the Managing Director, Monaco Ventures Nigeria Limited, member of the Association of Licensed Private Security Practitioners of Nigeria (ALPSPN) and member, International Institute of Professional Security (IIPS).
He is an astute politician and ran for House of Assembly with the desire to humbly serve his constituency (Ika South Local Government Area) in 2018. In 2023, he aspired to represent the good people of Ika Federal Constituency in Federal House of Representatives under the platform of the All Progressives Congress.
He is the first Ambassador of Nigerian Super Eagles Supporters Club in Delta State and has earned numerous awards to his credit.
As a philanthropist and respected community leader, he loves Scrabble, Table Tennis, Badminton, Reading, Travelling, Adventure, Mentoring and Impacting knowledge on Young Professionals. He is the President/Founder, Monye Lucky Ehiwuogwu Foundation.
