Abuja — Reports circulating in political and social media circles allege that allies within the National Assembly have been informed to quickly register with the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) ahead of an expected declaration reportedly linked to Peter Obi.
The claims further suggest that the alleged political alignment is connected to a planned announcement said to be taking place tomorrow at Barcelona Hotel, Abuja, where Obi is also rumoured to be declaring for the platform after purportedly exiting the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
However, as of the time of filing this report, there is no official confirmation from Obi, his media team, the NDC, or any verified National Assembly source supporting the alleged mobilisation or registration directive.
Though this platform was yet to verify this news since Peter Obi number was not reachable as at the time of writing this report
