Dr. Hillary Ibegbulem has made it clear that as long as his father and mentor, Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, is on the ballot, he himself is in the race.
Dr. Ibegbulem therefore called on all supporters and the good people of Delta North to support all APC candidates in the 2027 general elections.
According to him, Sen. Okowa remains the fittest man for the Delta North Senatorial seat, stating that Okowa has delivered before and will do it better this time around.
He added that Delta North needs experience, capacity and proven leadership, which only Okowa can offer.
