The Executive Chairman of Ika North-East Local Government Area, Hon. Odigwe Hunkamma has been commended by residents for constructing an ultra-modern Civic Centre in the Ute-Erumu community of Delta State.
Community members expressed immense gratitude for the project, highlighting several outstanding features that make the facility stand out.
Speaking with our reporter, Mr. Joseph Arimulor praised Hon. Odigwe for demonstrating capacity and a deep commitment to the development of Ute-Erumu and Ika North-East in general
He described the Civic Centre as a top-tier facility and lauded the chairman’s inclusive approach to leadership.
Sources within the community revealed that the newly constructed Civic Centre is currently at approximately 98% completion stating it would be named after Dr. Festus Goziem Okubor in recognition of his immense contributions to the advancement of the community
The source noted that the project would give the community a major face-lift upon final completion.
Echoing similar sentiments, another resident, Mr. Joseph Ojobu, described the council chairman as a true blessing to the local government area.
“Hon. Odigwe is a blessing to our community, and we will continue to support his people-oriented administration,” Ojobu stated.
