A community leader, comrade David Aigbe has hinted that the people of Abavo have resolved to back Mrs. Ogor Tony-Obuh for the House of Assembly position come 2027
Speaking at the commissioning of the Aliagwa Community Health Centre held fews ago, Comrade Aigbe emphasized that the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) candidate possesses the character and ability needed to deliver effective representation.
“Her honesty, integrity, and credibility set her apart,” Aigbe noted, reiterating that Abavo residents were united in their decision to support her vision.
Highlighting the community’s history of independent voting, Aigbe recalled how his ward previously voted in a Labour Party candidate for councilor—proving that local voters consistently choose individual merit over political party labels.
He stressed that Mrs. Tony-Obuh embodies the shared interests of both the Abavo and Agbor communities.
Addressing the current economic pressures facing citizens, Aigbe called on the electorate across Ika South to scrutinize every candidate’s record before throwing their supports
He pointed to Mrs. Tony-Obuh’s long-standing dedication to grassroots development, referencing a public water borehole project she sponsored 13 years ago even while a civil servant, alongside her recent efforts in rehabilitating the Aliagwa Community Health Centre.
He hinted that, both the people of Abavo and the Agbor were ready to vote competence not party
Aigbe reiterated that the Economic situation was an indication of a total failed system, emphasizing President Bola Ahmed and all the APC candidate should been shown the way out come 2027
