​The Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bemys Foundation, a leading Foundation for Sickle Cell Anemia and Early Early Child Marriage, Quadrant Chief Dr. (Mrs.) Mercy Eguriase Sule, has called on Christians worldwide to prioritize brotherly love and sacrifice.

​In a telephone interview with journalists today, April 4, Chief Sule underscored that the death of Christ represents the ultimate manifestation of love.

She emphasized that the Easter season serves as a critical reminder of the human obligation to care for one another.

​Speaking on the significance of the holiday, Chief Eguriase Sule urged Nigerians to mirror the selflessness shown by Christ.

She noted that true faith is found in action and that the spirit of sacrifice was essential for national unity.

​“We must live like Christ and emulate Him on all fronts. This is the only way we can navigate our way out of our current economic and security quagmire.”

​The Foundation boss reiterated that for Nigerians to overcome the multifaceted challenges currently facing the nation, they must embrace their identity as children of God through intentional acts of kindness.

​She maintained that “decimating” the country’s recent hardships—ranging from economic instability to security threats—is only possible if the citizenry adopts a lifestyle of peace and mutual support.
