The proposed high-speed highway is set to link Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Ekiti, Kogi, Kwara, Niger, and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja. Once completed, the journey from Lagos to Abuja, which currently takes between 10–12 hours by road, will be reduced to just 4 hours and a few minutes, marking a new era of speed and efficiency in Nigerian travel.
