The Executive Director, Rural Electrification Agency, REA, Hon(Engr) Doris Uboh has commended the governor of Delta State, Rt Hon Sheriff Francis Oborevwori for approving the upgrade of Ekuku-Agbor health center. The former House of Representatives member gave the commendation on Wednesday, January 14 while welcoming the state Commissioner for Health, Dr Joseph Onojaeme to Ekuku-Agbor. Dr Onojaeme was in the Community to inspect its health center as directed by the state governor.
Uboh said that the governor’s prompt response to her request for an upgrade of the health center in Ekuku-Agbor showed how committed he is to the welfare of his people. She stated that her people are happy with Oborevwori for his concern for their healthcare. She assured that the people of Ekuku-Agbor will remain supportive of Oborevwori’s administration.
In his remark during the visit, the honourable Commissioner for Health, Dr Joseph Onojaeme said that the state government is prepared for the upgrade the Ekuku-Agbor health center as that will help satisfy their health needs. He stated that the directive of the state governor on the upgrade of the health center will be strictly adhered to.
