Controversy surrounds the recent defections from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State.
Sources indicate that many defectors are reluctant to formally register as APC members.
Furthermore, they have reportedly not resigned their PDP memberships, effectively remaining members of both parties.
