DELTA DECIDES, a socio-political pressure group with a broad membership spanning all 25 local government areas of Delta State, Nigeria, has expressed its congratulations to Barr. Felix Morka on his recent appointment as Chairman of the Nigeria Television Authority (NTA).
The congratulatory message was handed over to Journalist through Comrade Darlington Okonma, the group’s coordinator and Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, Ika Chapter while commending President Tinubu’s leadership acumen, characterizing the appointment as judicious and timely.
He underscored Barr. Morka’s reputation as a distinguished legal luminary and conveyed gratitude to the President for recognizing his capabilities.
Also speaking was Mr. Shadrack Egbonimali, the convener and chairman of Stegma Media Company, concurred, describing the appointment as “a perfect fit.” He recalled Barr. Morka’s prior role in the 2023 general elections just as he highlighted the relevance of his experience as the ruling party’s Publicity Secretary to his new position.
His words , “Given his background, Barr. Morka is ideally positioned to lead the NTA,” Mr. Egbonimali asserted.”
He asserted that the national broadcaster requires a leader of his stature to effectively manage its operations and enhance its public image, while extending a heartfelt commendation to the President for this strategic appointment.”
