A community leader and political analyst who hails from Ute Okpu in Ika North East Local Government Area of Delta State, Nigeria, has voiced strong support for Dr. Hilary Ibegbulem, arguing that his contributions to the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and the people of Delta State are undeniable.
Engr. Dibie characterized Dr. Ibegbulem as a mentor and dedicated leader, emphasizing his commitment to uplifting the downtrodden.
He stressed that Dr. Ibegbulem’s philanthropic activities extended across all the three senatorial districts of the State just as he noted had set him apart from other political figures.

Highlighting his numerous humanitarian initiatives, Engr. Dibie Kindsley specifically mentioned the construction of a 10.3-kilometer road and a modern hospital in Ute Okpu, as well as his ongoing payment of the community’s electricity bills since the past years.
He also noted Dr. Ibegbulem’s support for local chiefs is contributing to great economic relief and has also made immense efforts to secure employment for youth in various government agencies.
Engr. Dibie called on Deltans to rally behind Dr. Ibegbulem, asserting that his proven track record of service warrants their support for his future political endeavors.
Discussing further, Engr. Dibie eulogized Dr. Hilary Ibegbulem, noting it was time for the party, the People’s Democratic Party to honor him with the Senatorial ticket, emphasising would be the best selling candidate of all times
