The All Progressives Congress (APC) has officially moved to digitize its ranks, calling on both long-standing loyalists and fresh entrants to participate in the ongoing Membership Electronic-Registration Exercise.
The National Publicity Secretary of the APC, Barr. Felix Morka, CON, issued the call to stakeholders and supporters across Delta State, the Federation, and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
He emphasized that this transition to a digital platform is a pivotal moment for the party’s organizational growth, stating it was to both increase membership base and master comprehensive figure.
According to Morka, the exercise is currently active across all wards nationwide, just as he disclosed the drive serves a dual purpose of existing Members and new entrants
He maintained that registration requirements was to ensure a seamless and credible process, highlighting two non-negotiable criteria for all registrants:
”Those who want to register must be 18 years or older and must possess a valid National Identification Number (NIN).”
The national publicity secretary also mentioned that the E-Registration exercise was designed to digitize the Party’s membership register and ensure the integrity of the records.
He further explained that a digital database would enhance planning, improve internal democracy, and reinforce the APC’s commitment to “democratic innovation” in Nigeria.
“The party leadership urges all Nigerians aligned with the progressive vision to register immediately and secure their place within the party’s ranks.”
